Reservations & Payments
You can book directly on our website or contact us via email at info@panamriders.com or WhatsApp at +57 323 348 4102. To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable initial payment of $50 USD for day tours and $500 USD for multi-day tours is required. This amount will be deducted from the total tour cost.
We accept bank transfers, cash, and credit/debit cards.
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) for reference. The final charge will be made in Colombian pesos (COP) based on the exchange rate at the time of payment.
Yes, a refundable security deposit per motorcycle is required at the beginning of the tour. The amount varies depending on the tour duration: $600 USD for day tours and $1.000 USD for multi-day tours. If the damage exceeds the insurance deductible, the rider must cover the additional costs.
Yes, rescheduling is possible based on availability. Cancellation policies are detailed in our Terms & Conditions.
Yes, we accept cash deposits or credit/debit card payments. If paid by card, refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on the bank.
Motorcycles & Equipment
We offer premium BMW motorcycles: BMW 850 Rallye, BMW 1250 40th Anniversary, and BMW 1250 Adventure. A surcharge applies for selecting the BMW 1250 GS.
For day tours, we provide basic protective gear (helmet, jacket, and gloves), subject to availability. For multi-day tours, we recommend bringing your own gear for better comfort and safety.
Yes, passengers are allowed for an additional cost. However, we recommend prior experience riding with a passenger.
No, each motorcycle must be operated by a single registered rider for safety and insurance reasons.

Insurance & Safety
Pan American Riders provides basic insurance with limited coverage. We strongly recommend international travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies and accidents in Colombia.
The security deposit covers minor damages. If costs exceed the insurance deductible, the rider must pay the difference. All participants must sign a liability waiver before starting the tour.
All motorcycles undergo maintenance before each tour. If a mechanical issue arises, our team will attempt an on-site repair. If necessary, we will replace the bike to continue the tour.
We conduct pre-tour motorcycle inspections, enforce mandatory protective gear use, and provide bilingual tour leaders for assistance.
Tour Details
For day tours, meals and drinks are not included, but we recommend great places along the route. Multi-day tours may offer all-inclusive packages, depending on the selected tour. Alcoholic beverages are not included in any tour.
All our tours are private and fully customized for small groups, ensuring an exclusive experience.
We adjust routes to ensure safety and the best experience. Tours run in various weather conditions, so we recommend being prepared for changes. If weather conditions pose a safety risk, our tour leader may decide to end the tour early.
Yes, we offer both single-day and multi-day tours, which can be customized according to your availability and preferences.
We select premium accommodations that offer comfort and security. Whenever possible, we stay in traditional hotels surrounded by nature for an authentic experience. Let us know if you have specific preferences.

No, we are not a motorcycle rental company. Our tours are fully guided motorcycle experiences, customized to ensure safety, adventure, and comfort. Each tour includes high-end BMW motorcycles, basic protective gear, and on-route assistance.
We recommend motorcycle-appropriate clothing, gloves, sturdy boots, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a waterproof jacket.
For day tours, we offer transfers to and from Manizales or Pereira airports for an additional cost. For multi-day tours, airport pickup and drop-off are included.
Since our tours are personalized, we can adjust routes within the tour’s time and logistical constraints.
Punctuality is important to maintain the itinerary. If you are late, we will try to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee participation without affecting the schedule.
